Class Descriptions:

Ab Attack: A 30 minute core focused class that uses your own body weight to challenge yourself during both standing and mat exercises.

Antigravity® Yoga: Stretch and align your body from head to toe using the soft and flowing Harrison Antigravity® Hammock.  Relieve compressed joints as you suspend your disbelief, floating into seemingly impossible inversions.

Buff Yoga: Add strength training to your yoga practice! This class uses free weights to cross train and target the muscles that often get neglected in a yoga. 

POUND Rockout.Workout.: A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. This low-impact workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics into a 45-minute class using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix™. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and feel the empowering catharsis of drumming your heart out!

Vinyasa Yoga: Purposefully sequenced yoga that moves with the breath to increase awareness in both the body and mind, finding intention through a focus on anatomy and a refinement of alignment.  Connect with your body, mind, and breath and then let it all go in a juicy savasana. 

Virgin Yoga: An introductory class to the physical practice of Yoga.  Great for newcomers or for a fundamentals refresher.
