Class Descriptions:

Antigravity® Yoga: Stretch and align your body from head to toe using the soft and flowing Harrison Antigravity® Hammock.  Relieve compressed joints as you suspend your disbelief, floating into seemingly impossible inversions.

POUND Rockout.Workout.: A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. This low-impact workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics into a 45-minute class using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix™. Power Yoga: A dynamic flow class. Strengthen, lengthen, and connect with your body and breath while moving through this challenging class. 

Powerball Pilates: Tone your entire body using the lightly weighted Bosu Ballast Ball®. Using Pilates techniques in conjunction with this big stability ball will give your core an extra fun challenge!

Restorative Yoga: In this class, we hold postures while supported with a variety of props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets so we can relax, melt, and breathe. Let your body hit the refresh button. 

Vinyasa Yoga: Purposefully sequenced yoga that moves with the breath to increase awareness in both the body and mind, finding intention through a focus on anatomy and a refinement of alignment.  Connect with your body, mind, and breath and then let it all go in a juicy savasana.
